Why I Built This.

My background is in Microbiology — which means I was trained to understand systems, not just symptoms. I was trained to ask why before what. That scientific foundation is what makes CommEx different from a typical market research firm.

I noticed a consistent gap in how local business owners make decisions. They rely on gut instinct, what a competitor seems to be doing, and what their last salesperson told them.
